Le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre m\u00e9decin Hatem Ghezla est revenu dans un post Facebook sur l\u2019affaire ayant r\u00e9cemment suscit\u00e9 une vive pol\u00e9mique sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, concernant un m\u00e9decin <\/span>exer\u00e7ant \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital de la cit\u00e9 Ettadhamen, <\/span>qui a refus\u00e9 de prendre en charge une patiente en raison de l\u2019absence de moyens de chauffage au sein de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement hospitalier.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Dr Ghezla a estim\u00e9 que si la sc\u00e8ne peut choquer l\u2019opinion publique, elle ne peut \u00eatre analys\u00e9e en dehors du contexte g\u00e9n\u00e9ral dans lequel \u00e9voluent les structures de sant\u00e9 publiques. Il a soulign\u00e9 que le manque d\u2019\u00e9quipements de base, notamment le chauffage, ainsi que la d\u00e9gradation des conditions de travail, contribuent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un climat de tension pr\u00e9judiciable aussi bien aux patients qu\u2019au personnel soignant.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Tout en rappelant que le refus de prise en charge d\u2019un patient demeure inacceptable, quelles que soient les circonstances, le m\u00e9decin a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que les citoyens ne doivent en aucun cas faire les frais des dysfonctionnements du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9. Il a \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9passer la logique de la stigmatisation individuelle, estimant que ces incidents r\u00e9v\u00e8lent avant tout des d\u00e9faillances structurelles profondes.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Pour Dr Hatem Ghezla, la multiplication des vid\u00e9os d\u00e9non\u00e7ant des comportements isol\u00e9s ne saurait constituer une solution. Il plaide plut\u00f4t pour une r\u00e9forme globale du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, fond\u00e9e sur une am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail, une gestion plus efficace des ressources et une v\u00e9ritable volont\u00e9 de redonner sens et motivation aux professionnels du secteur.
