Le message est limpide : le Ramadan n\u2019est ni un marathon alimentaire ni un mois d\u2019abus, mais un temps de discipline et de bon sens nutritionnel.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"638\">S\u2019hour : une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 trop souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"1357\">Le minist\u00e8re insiste sur le report du s\u2019hour \u00e0 une heure tardive, afin de pr\u00e9server l\u2019\u00e9nergie et de limiter la sensation de faim, de soif et de fatigue durant la journ\u00e9e.<br data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"816\" \/>Le repas doit \u00eatre complet et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, en privil\u00e9giant les glucides complexes (pain complet, bsissa, masfouf, dhr\u00e2a\u2026) accompagn\u00e9s de l\u00e9gumes et de fruits.<br data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"983\" \/>Les produits laitiers pasteuris\u00e9s (lait, leben, ra\u00efb, yaourt, ricotta) sont recommand\u00e9s, tandis que les aliments trop sucr\u00e9s, sal\u00e9s ou gras sont clairement d\u00e9conseill\u00e9s.<br data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1155\" \/>M\u00eame logique pour les boissons stimulantes, surtout au s\u2019hour : elles accentuent la d\u00e9shydratation. L\u2019hydratation doit se faire intelligemment, en buvant suffisamment d\u2019eau entre la soir\u00e9e et le s\u2019hour.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1418\">Iftar : rompre le je\u00fbne sans brutaliser l\u2019organisme<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"2131\">La rupture du je\u00fbne doit \u00eatre progressive : un peu d\u2019eau \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, du lait ti\u00e8de ou de la bsissa dilu\u00e9e, suivis de quelques dattes ou fruits.<br data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1581\" \/>Une pause est vivement recommand\u00e9e avant de poursuivre le repas, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les exc\u00e8s et les troubles digestifs.<br data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1699\" \/>Le minist\u00e8re met en garde contre la surconsommation d\u2019aliments gras, lourds ou difficiles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer, rappelle l\u2019importance de manger lentement et de bien mastiquer, et d\u00e9conseille formellement les sodas.<br data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1909\" \/>Autre point souvent ignor\u00e9 : ne pas consommer viandes rouges, blanches et poissons dans un m\u00eame repas. Le sel, lui aussi, doit \u00eatre limit\u00e9, au profit des l\u00e9gumes et d\u2019une r\u00e9duction nette des fritures et produits sal\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2174\">Soir\u00e9e : sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 et r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2650\">Durant la soir\u00e9e, les fruits et produits laitiers restent de bonnes options. En revanche, les p\u00e2tisseries, boissons sucr\u00e9es et fritures doivent rester l\u2019exception.<br data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2341\" \/>L\u2019hydratation demeure essentielle, tout comme une activit\u00e9 physique l\u00e9g\u00e8re, telle que la marche, deux heures apr\u00e8s l\u2019iftar.<br data-start=\"2468\" data-end=\"2471\" \/>Enfin, le minist\u00e8re rappelle une \u00e9vidence trop souvent ignor\u00e9e : le manque de sommeil nuit au je\u00fbne.
