La chambre correctionnelle de la Cour d\u2019appel de Tunis a d\u00e9cid\u00e9, ce vendredi, de reporter l\u2019examen de l\u2019affaire impliquant le journaliste Zied El Heni au 26 juin 2026. Ce report a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9 comme ultime d\u00e9lai avant les plaidoiries.<\/p>\n

Zied El Heni est poursuivi sur la base de l\u2019article 86 du Code des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, \u00e0 la suite de la publication d\u2019un message sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux contenant des informations \u00e0 caract\u00e8re judiciaire. Les poursuites engag\u00e9es contre lui portent sur des faits qualifi\u00e9s d\u2019\u00ab atteinte \u00e0 autrui via les r\u00e9seaux publics de communication \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, le journaliste avait \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 en premi\u00e8re instance \u00e0 une peine d\u2019un an d\u2019emprisonnement. Contestant ce jugement, il avait interjet\u00e9 appel, conduisant \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture de cette nouvelle phase de la proc\u00e9dure devant la Cour d\u2019appel de Tunis.<\/p>\n

L\u2019affaire continue de susciter l\u2019attention des milieux m\u00e9diatiques et des d\u00e9fenseurs de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression, dans un contexte marqu\u00e9 par des d\u00e9bats r\u00e9currents autour de l\u2019application de l\u2019article 86 du Code des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications aux publications diffus\u00e9es en ligne.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
