Plusieurs autres coaccus\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement concern\u00e9s par ce report, notamment l&rsquo;homme d&rsquo;affaires Ghazi Karoui.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Cette affaire repose sur de lourdes pr\u00e9somptions de corruption financi\u00e8re et administrative. Pour rappel, la chambre d&rsquo;accusation de la Cour d&rsquo;appel de Tunis avait pr\u00e9alablement ordonn\u00e9 le renvoi de l&rsquo;ancien haut fonctionnaire et de ses co-inculp\u00e9s devant la chambre criminelle sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, afin qu&rsquo;ils y soient jug\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Selon les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate et les pi\u00e8ces du dossier judiciaire, les poursuites concernent principalement la conclusion d&rsquo;un contrat publicitaire jug\u00e9 \u00ab suspect \u00bb.
