{"id":392331,"date":"2026-07-15T12:53:12","date_gmt":"2026-07-15T11:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/?p=392331"},"modified":"2026-07-15T13:00:55","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T12:00:55","slug":"le-snjt-condamne-la-condamnation-de-haythem-el-mekki-et-appelle-a-son-annulation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/le-snjt-condamne-la-condamnation-de-haythem-el-mekki-et-appelle-a-son-annulation\/","title":{"rendered":"Le SNJT condamne la condamnation de Haythem El Mekki et appelle \u00e0 son annulation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le Syndicat national des journalistes tunisiens (SNJT) a condamn\u00e9, mercredi 15 juillet 2026, le jugement rendu par la Cour d&rsquo;appel de Sfax condamnant le journaliste et chroniqueur <a href=\"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/haythem-el-mekki-condamne-a-un-an-de-prison\/\">Haythem El Mekki<\/a> \u00e0 un an de prison, \u00e0 la suite d&rsquo;une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par le CHU Habib Bourguiba de Sfax apr\u00e8s une publication sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux portant sur la situation au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement. Le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance avait auparavant prononc\u00e9 un non-lieu dans cette affaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Dans un communiqu\u00e9, le SNJT souligne que la requalification juridique op\u00e9r\u00e9e en appel, passant du d\u00e9cret-loi n\u00b054 \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 86 du Code des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, illustre, selon lui, le recours persistant \u00e0 des dispositions p\u00e9nales privatives de libert\u00e9 dans les affaires li\u00e9es \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d&rsquo;expression.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Le syndicat estime que les poursuites engag\u00e9es contre les journalistes en raison de leurs opinions ou publications, notamment lorsqu&rsquo;elles portent sur des questions d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, favorisent un climat d&rsquo;intimidation et d&rsquo;autocensure et affaiblissent le r\u00f4le des m\u00e9dias dans le d\u00e9bat public.<\/p>\n<p>Le SNJT a exprim\u00e9 sa solidarit\u00e9 avec Haythem El Mekki, condamn\u00e9 le jugement prononc\u00e9 \u00e0 son encontre et appel\u00e9 \u00e0 son annulation par la voie du pourvoi en cassation.
