{"id":393181,"date":"2026-07-30T12:31:04","date_gmt":"2026-07-30T11:31:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/?p=393181"},"modified":"2026-07-30T12:31:04","modified_gmt":"2026-07-30T11:31:04","slug":"gafsa-plainte-contre-un-commercant-ayant-arrache-un-arbre-photos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/gafsa-plainte-contre-un-commercant-ayant-arrache-un-arbre-photos\/","title":{"rendered":"Gafsa : plainte contre un commer\u00e7ant ayant arrach\u00e9 un arbre (PHOTOS)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La municipalit\u00e9 de Gafsa a annonc\u00e9 hier mercredi 29 juillet 2026 avoir constat\u00e9 une atteinte au domaine public, apr\u00e8s l\u2019arrachage d\u2019un arbre \u00ab ficus \u00bb \u00e2g\u00e9 d\u2019environ dix ans, situ\u00e9 avenue Ta\u00efeb Mehiri, au centre-ville.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Selon un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 par la municipalit\u00e9, le propri\u00e9taire d\u2019un commerce install\u00e9 dans cette rue aurait proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019enl\u00e8vement de l\u2019arbre sans autorisation, durant les premi\u00e8res heures de la journ\u00e9e du mardi 28 juillet 2026, \u00e0 l\u2019abri des regards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La commune a indiqu\u00e9 avoir engag\u00e9 les proc\u00e9dures l\u00e9gales n\u00e9cessaires. Les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 comp\u00e9tents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s et un constat a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli par un huissier de justice.
