Ne poussez pas trop sur les p\u00e2tisseries et les\u00a0aliments frits.<\/li>\n<li>Les fruits\u00a0: Pour tenir les longues heures de je\u00fbne, mangez beaucoup de fruits et adoptez des aliments riches en sucres lents comme la semoule et les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/li>\n<li>Avant l\u2019aube\u00a0: Pensez \u00e0 bien manger avant l\u2019aube, \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier des fruits comme les abricots secs et aux dattes qui fourniront l\u2019\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire au cours de la journ\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>La sieste\u00a0: La sieste est tr\u00e8s conseill\u00e9e pendant le Ramadan. Faites quelques heures de sieste (m\u00eame une toute petite heure).<\/li>\n<li>Le soleil et la chaleur\u00a0: Evitez au maximum de vous exposer au soleil qui vous affaiblira.<\/li>\n<li>Les 3 repas\u00a0: Vous ne devez pas ignorer les 3 repas de la journ\u00e9e pendant le mois du Ramadan. Essayez de manger 3 repas\u00a0: le premier avant l\u2019aube, le second \u00e0 la rupture du je\u00fbne et le troisi\u00e8me 2 ou 3 heures apr\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>Le sport\u00a0: Surtout pour les sportifs. Il faut r\u00e9duire au maximum les efforts physiques durant le mois du Ramadan.<\/li>\n<li>La soupe\u00a0: A la rupture du je\u00fbne, commencez toujours par une soupe.
