Par ailleurs, cette usine compl\u00e8te B\u00e9ja 1, d\u00e9j\u00e0 exploit\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gion, et accompagne la transition du secteur automobile vers l\u2019\u00e9lectrique. D\u2019autre part, elle fournira Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz et Volkswagen, tout comme le premier site, la production \u00e9tant int\u00e9gralement destin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019export. Qui plus est, B\u00e9ja 1 reste tourn\u00e9 vers les v\u00e9hicules thermiques, tandis que le nouveau site se consacrera aux syst\u00e8mes de c\u00e2blage pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\" style=\"background: white; margin: 12.0pt 0cm 12.0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: #0f1115;\">Le groupe consacrera 130 millions de dinars aux \u00e9quipements et 140 millions de dinars \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9nagement des b\u00e2timents, soit un total de 270 millions de dinars. En plus, l\u2019effectif passera d\u2019environ 8 500 personnes \u00e0 plus de 14 000 salari\u00e9s d\u2019ici 2029, avec des recrutements de techniciens, de techniciens sup\u00e9rieurs et d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs. Les deux sites devraient g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un chiffre d\u2019affaires cumul\u00e9 d\u2019environ 1,5 milliard de dinars.
