pr\u00e8s du le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Tunis mardi 21 juillet 2015.<br \/>\nMaitre Abdelaziz Essid a affirm\u00e9 que cette d\u00e9cision intervient suite au jugement de la Cour de cassation, jeudi dernier.<br \/>\nRappelons que la cour de cassation a jug\u00e9 recevable le pourvoi en cassation dans l\u2019affaire de Samir El Wafi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"fb-root\"
