\nSamsung vient d\u2019annoncer le retrait de 2.400.000 unit\u00e9s du Galaxy Note 7 du march\u00e9 mondial, y compris le march\u00e9 tunisien, et ce apr\u00e8s des incidents signal\u00e9s au niveau de la batterie. Mieux encore le leader du march\u00e9 du Smartphone annonce la date de lancement du nouveau Smartphone, c\u2019est au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me semaine du mois de novembre. Malgr\u00e9 le nombre de Smartphones d\u00e9fectueux, qui fut seulement de 35, le g\u00e9ant cor\u00e9en a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 jouer la carte de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de retirer toute la gamme et annonce une compagne de remplacement. Selon Sami Belhaj, sales manager du march\u00e9 tunisien, le groupe cor\u00e9en a agit en un temps record \u00e0 cet incident et a pris les mesures n\u00e9cessaires par rapport aux batteries \u00e0 l\u2019origine du probl\u00e8me, et d\u2019ajouter que Samsung sous-traite ces batteries. Certes cet incident \u00e9tait un coup pour la marque qui a perdu en termes de chiffres d\u2019affaires, mais la confiance des clients y est encore et ceux qui ont achet\u00e9 le Galaxy Note 7 n\u2019ont pas r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 leur argent et ont pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 attendre la nouvelle version, selon Sami Belhaj qui souligne lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse organis\u00e9e par la marque que \u00ab Samsung demeure leader sur le march\u00e9 sur plusieurs produits et pionnier en termes d\u2019innovation \u00bb et d\u2019ajouter que \u00ab Samsung n\u2019est pas seulement une marque mais une histoire et le consommateur est une partie de Samsung \u00bb. Sur le march\u00e9 Tunisien Samsung contribue \u00e0 la lutte contre le march\u00e9 parall\u00e8le avec le tampon drapeau tunisien qui identifie le produit d\u2019origine de celui de la contrebande. Grace \u00e0 cette initiative le march\u00e9 parall\u00e8le a baiss\u00e9 de 38% \u00e0 16%. Quant \u00e0 son implication dans son environnement, Samsung pratique la RSE depuis deux ans en Tunisie.
