{"id":77997,"date":"2016-12-15T11:10:11","date_gmt":"2016-12-15T10:10:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.realites.com.tn\/?p=77997"},"modified":"2016-12-16T09:21:31","modified_gmt":"2016-12-16T08:21:31","slug":"des-chercheurs-tunisiens-transforment-les-residus-de-loleiculture-en-biocarburant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/des-chercheurs-tunisiens-transforment-les-residus-de-loleiculture-en-biocarburant\/","title":{"rendered":"Des chercheurs tunisiens transforment les r\u00e9sidus de l&rsquo;ol\u00e9iculture en biocarburant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77998\" src=\"http:\/\/www.realites.com.tn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/bio.jpg\" alt=\"bio\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/bio.jpg 800w, https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/bio-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/bio-768x461.jpg 768w, https:\/\/realites.com.tn\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/bio-1024x614.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La COP22 de Marrakech \u00e9tait sur le point d&rsquo;ouvrir ses portes lorsqu&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe de recherche tunisienne de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Carthage a d\u00e9couvert un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 biologique permettant de transformer les d\u00e9chets produits par la culture ol\u00e9icole en carburant vert.<br \/>\nCe projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un soutien de l&rsquo;Agence universitaire de la\u00a0Francophonie (AUF) dans le cadre d&rsquo;un appel international \u00e0 financement de projets r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des enjeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>\nEn 2016, le groupe de recherche \u00ab\u00a0Biocatalyse et enzymes industrielles\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019Institut national des sciences appliqu\u00e9es et de technologie de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Carthage a men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude sur la<br \/>\nBioraffinerie des sous-produits agro-industriels ol\u00e9icoles en Tunisie. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de recherche du professeur Mohamed Gargouri a travaill\u00e9 sur le potentiel de valorisation des d\u00e9chets du secteur agro-industriel ol\u00e9icole sur les plans socio-\u00e9conomique et environnemental. Elle a pu \u00e9laborer un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permettant de produire du biocarburant \u00e0 partir des r\u00e9sidus r\u00e9sultant de la culture de l&rsquo;olivier et de l&rsquo;extraction de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive : brindilles, pulpe et peaux d&rsquo;olives. Alternative aux ressources fossiles aux effets n\u00e9fastes sur l&rsquo;environnement, ce biocarburant constitue une source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie renouvelable et propre.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;Agence universitaire de la Francophonie soutient ainsi, sur deux ans (2016-2017), 7 projets d&rsquo;envergure \u00e0 fort impact sur le d\u00e9veloppement des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s francophones. 66 chercheurs de 34 \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de recherche dans 13 pays francophones sont concern\u00e9s par cet appel dont le budget total est d&rsquo;un million d&rsquo;euros, contribution de l&rsquo;AUF et de plusieurs partenaires.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;enjeu des r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude financ\u00e9e par l&rsquo;AUF \u00e0 hauteur de 35.000 euros, se mesure \u00e0 l&rsquo;aune de l&rsquo;importance du secteur ol\u00e9icole dans le pourtour m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en.
