Une grande marche, organis\u00e9e par la coordination civile contre le terrorisme, s’est tenue sur l’avenue Habib Bourguiba, o\u00f9 de nombreux manifestants ont exprim\u00e9 leur refus de voir les terroristes tunisiens revenir en Tunisie.
\n\u00ab\u00a0l’article 25 de la constitution interdisant le d\u00e9choir de la nationalit\u00e9 des terroristes \u00e9tait con\u00e7u pour traiter des circonstances habituelles, par cons\u00e9quent son application ne doit pas s\u2019\u00e9taler pour les cas exceptionnels lorsque la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l’Etat se trouve alt\u00e9r\u00e9e ou menac\u00e9e au cas o\u00f9 on permet le retour des terroristes sur le sol national et cela par application de la r\u00e8gle juridique qui \u00e9dicte qu’\u00e0 l’impossible nul n’est tenu, il s’agit donc et simplement de l’application de la th\u00e9orie de l\u2019impr\u00e9vision\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a a soulign\u00e9 un citoyen.<\/p>\n

Devenu un sujet de controverse et aussi de crainte pour l’opinion publique, ce retour tant redout\u00e9 des terroristes tunisiens a suscit\u00e9 l’indignation des repr\u00e9sentants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, mais aussi celle des politiques, \u00e0 l’instar des d\u00e9put\u00e9s de l’ARP. Certains d’entre-eux, notamment ceux de Nidaa Tounes, ont brandi \u00e0 l’ARP, le 27 d\u00e9cembre 2016, des pancartes o\u00f9 ils ont exprim\u00e9 leur refus cat\u00e9gorique de voir les terroristes regagner la Tunisie.<\/p>\n

On se souvient \u00e9galement de l’action du\u00a0Collectif des Citoyens Tunisiens, qui a annonc\u00e9, mercredi 4 janvier courant, la mise en place d’un plan d’action visant \u00e0 sensibiliser les citoyens et les autorit\u00e9s politiques sur le danger que repr\u00e9sente le retour de ces terroristes.
\nSoulignons que ce Collectif a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9 le 14 d\u00e9cembre 2016, lorsque des associations se sont r\u00e9unies pour exprimer leur indignation sur la question, en brandissant le slogan \u00ab\u00a0sous le m\u00eame drapeau, tous \u00e9gaux, sans \u00e9go\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n
