Ils sont pr\u00eats pour entamer leur mission \u00e0 partir du mois de mai tout en signalant qu&rsquo;ils ne vont pas r\u00e9soudre fondamentalement le probl\u00e8me de la pollution.<\/p>\n<p>Mouakher a annonc\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une application pour les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables sera bient\u00f4t lanc\u00e9e pour que les citoyens prennent en photo les d\u00e9chets dans les rues, ce qui facilitera le travail des agents.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame contexte, il a ajout\u00e9 que les contrevenants se verront inflig\u00e9s des amendes \u00e0 partir du mois prochain. Le ministre a \u00e9galement insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de se concentrer sur les probl\u00e8mes structurels qu&rsquo;affrontent les municipalit\u00e9s. Il a signal\u00e9 que le budget des municipalit\u00e9s ne d\u00e9passe pas 4% du budget de l&rsquo;Etat. Il a rappel\u00e9 que son minist\u00e8re a mis en place un programme exceptionnel pour 3 ans et qui sera bient\u00f4t pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e des Repr\u00e9sentants du Peuple.
