Dans un communiqu\u00e9, Mahmoud Al-Habache ( juge principal de Palestine) a assur\u00e9 se baser sur \u00ab\u00a0<em>l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0<em>certains, parce qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;ont pas mang\u00e9 et pas fum\u00e9, cr\u00e9ent des probl\u00e8mes<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb dans leur couple et prennent ensuite \u00ab\u00a0<em>des d\u00e9cisions rapides et non mesur\u00e9es<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<br \/>\nSelon la justice palestinienne,\u00a0les divorces parmi les Palestiniens sont en hausse, principalement \u00e0 cause des difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques dans les Territoires occup\u00e9s o\u00f9 pauvret\u00e9 et ch\u00f4mage sont end\u00e9miques. Par ailleurs, plus de 50.000 mariages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9s et plus de 8.000 divorces prononc\u00e9s en 2015 en Cisjordanie occup\u00e9e et dans la bande de Gaza, selon des chiffres officiels.
