\nCette photo montre par excellence la contradiction que connait actuellement le pays. Il s’agit d’une photo prise ce matin \u00e0 la plage de Rafraf relevant de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Ras Jbel \u00e0 Bizerte. Elle montre le caf\u00e9 dit municipal \u00ab\u00a0Kahwet el Baladia\u00a0\u00bb. On voit bien que la terrasse du caf\u00e9, \u00a0cens\u00e9 \u00eatre le premier \u00e9tablissement \u00e0 respecter la loi dans la r\u00e9gion, occuper une bonne partie de la plage. C’est ce qu’on appelle parfaitement, un caf\u00e9 pieds dans l’eau. Il est \u00e0 noter que ce caf\u00e9 est la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la municipalit\u00e9 de Rafraf. Il est annuellement lou\u00e9 \u00e0 des particuliers notamment pendant la saison estivale.
\nIl est \u00e0 rappeler que les travaux d’am\u00e9nagement de la corniche de Rafraf se poursuivent toujours. Ce projet dont l’objectif est de faire face au\u00a0ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de l’\u00e9rosion est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par l\u2019agence nationale de protection et d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du littoral \u00e0 Bizerte. Des arr\u00eat\u00e9s de d\u00e9molition ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 l’encontre de plusieurs caf\u00e9s et restaurants situ\u00e9s tout au long de la corniche, ayant occup\u00e9 le trottoir.<\/p>\n

\nIl est \u00e9galement \u00e0 noter que le gouverneur de Bizerte Mohamed Gouider a effectu\u00e9 lundi dernier une visite inopin\u00e9e \u00e0 la plage de Rafraf pour s’enqu\u00e9rir de pr\u00e8s de l’\u00e9tat d’avancement des travaux d’am\u00e9nagement de la corniche. Le gouverneur de Bizerte a \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9 par le d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de Ras Jbel, Samir Farhat. En marge de sa visite, Mohamed Gouider a indiqu\u00e9 que le projet d’am\u00e9nagement et d\u2019embellissement de la plage de Rafraf dont le co\u00fbt total s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 150 mille dinars est \u00e0 70% fin pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n
