En utilisant Avaya Engagement Solutions and Networking, Serept a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une infrastructure de communication unifi\u00e9e et enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e qui regroupe tous les sites tout en am\u00e9liorant le service client\u00e8le et l\u2019esprit de collaboration horizontale.Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Data Box sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9ploiement des solutions de communications unifi\u00e9es et partenaire d\u2019Avaya en Tunisie.Depuis ses d\u00e9buts en 1931, Serept a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 plus de 244 puits de p\u00e9trole. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, plusieurs diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes de communication ont \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9s par plusieurs fournisseurs sur plusieurs sites \u00e0 co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9, avec des fonctionnalit\u00e9s et des capacit\u00e9s de collaboration minimales.<br \/>\nComme la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 cherchait \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper et de rationaliser les op\u00e9rations pour un succ\u00e8s \u00e0 long terme, elle a reconnu la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un environnement de communication aussi bien unifi\u00e9 que standardis\u00e9.
