Un juge de la cour d&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;Aix-en-Provence l&rsquo;a plac\u00e9 sous contr\u00f4le judiciaire. La justice tunisienne doit ensuite transmettre un dossier \u00e0 la cour, en vue d&rsquo;une \u00e9ventuelle extradition. Aucune date d&rsquo;audience n&rsquo;a pour l&rsquo;heure \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e.<br \/>\n<strong>P\u00e8re du \u00ab\u00a0<em>gendre pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/strong>\u00a0Moncef El Materi est le p\u00e8re de Sakher, 35 ans, qualifi\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0gendre pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de l&rsquo;ex-pr\u00e9sident Ben Ali et de son \u00e9pouse Leila Trabelsi. Son contr\u00f4le judiciaire lui impose de r\u00e9sider \u00e0 Aix-en-Provence, de pointer une fois par semaine au commissariat de la ville et de r\u00e9gler un cautionnement de 70.000 euros, en deux versements.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Association de malfaiteurs&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/strong>\u00a0Titulaire d&rsquo;une carte de s\u00e9jour et d&rsquo;une adresse en France, cet ancien camarade de jeunesse du pr\u00e9sident Ben Ali \u00e9tait recherch\u00e9 pour \u00ab\u00a0<em>association de malfaiteurs en vue de commettre un attentat<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, ainsi que pour \u00ab\u00a0<em>complicit\u00e9 dans le blanchiment d&rsquo;argent par un groupe organis\u00e9 en utilisant les facilit\u00e9s que lui procure ses fonctions<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<br \/>\nIl est \u00e0 rappeler que le Tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Tunis avait condamn\u00e9 par contumace, mercredi 29 f\u00e9vrier 2012, \u00e0 quinze ans de prison Sakhr Matri et \u00e0 cinq ans de prison son p\u00e8re Moncef Matri pour blanchiment d\u2019argent et falsification de documents.
