Reconduit \u00e0 son poste de porte-parole du gouvernement d’union nationale, Iyed Dahmani \u00e9tait l’invit\u00e9 du Midi Show de ce jeudi 7 septembre 2017 pour \u00e9voquer les grandes lignes du gouvernement Chahed II, notamment sur le plan \u00e9conomique. \u00ab\u00a0Le programme du gouvernement comporte de grandes r\u00e9formes qui seront appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 court \u00e0 et moyen terme\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, commence-t-il, pr\u00e9cisant que ces r\u00e9formes visent \u00e0 stimuler l’investissement public et priv\u00e9 et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la gouvernance au sein des institutions publiques.
\nL’objectif est, \u00e9galement, de stimuler les partenariats publics-priv\u00e9s, puisque, selon le porte-parole, l’\u00c9tat est incapable de r\u00e9aliser certains projets tout\u00a0seul, \u00e0 l’instar du port d’Enfidha. Autre objectif de la nouvelle \u00e9quipe gouvernementale : un plan de sauvetage pour le dinar tunisien. Il\u00a0sera, notamment, ax\u00e9 sur le commerce international. \u00ab\u00a0Un gouvernement de guerre signifie que le pays est en \u00e9tat de guerre. Chacun est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 assumer ses responsabilit\u00e9s. Nous poursuivrons la guerre contre la corruption. Il s’agit de la guerre contre la violation de la loi et non contre les protestations sociales. De fait, le gouvernement accepte ces protestations, mais \u00e0 conditions qu’elles soient r\u00e9alisables\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique encore Iyed Dahmani.<\/p>\n

\nD’autre part, il assure que Nidaa Tounes ne domine aucunement l’\u00e9quipe actuelle. Quant au choix de Ridha Chalghoum, de Hatem Ben Salem et d’Abdelkarim Zbidi, il souligne que ces derniers sont\u00a0des comp\u00e9tences tunisiennes reconnues. \u00ab\u00a0Les nommer\u00a0\u00e0 la t\u00eate de leurs d\u00e9partements respectifs est une bonne d\u00e9cision. De plus, la majorit\u00e9 \u00e9crasante des signataires du pacte de Carthage est satisfaite du remaniement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare-t-il, ajoutant que l’Ex\u00e9cutif a besoin d’une stabilit\u00e9 politique afin de pouvoir r\u00e9aliser ses objectifs s\u00e9curitaire, social et \u00e9conomique.
\nR\u00e9agissant, par ailleurs, aux critiques affirmant que le gouvernement \u00e9tait sous le joug du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, le porte-parole du gouvernement souligne que l’\u00c9tat ne fonctionne pas de la sorte. \u00ab\u00a0Chaque gouvernement a ses femmes et ses hommes, et ce sont les femmes et les hommes du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, ajoute-t-il encore, et de pr\u00e9ciser que les deux pr\u00e9sidences – de la R\u00e9publique et du Gouvernement – sont homog\u00e8nes. \u00ab\u00a0Il est faux de croire qu’il existe une partie en faveur de Carthage et une autre en faveur de la Kasbah.
